Are you curious about the e-bike trend? Wondering how you can still get a good cardio workout with some assistance for hills? Sign up for a cardio e-bike class or try a rental and be a part of the movement.
Rent My E-Bike owner, Matt Halper is a lifelong resident of Northampton Township. Matt, also the owner of American Chimney, started this business out of his own personal passion for e-biking.
He was immediately hooked and wanted others to experience the excitement of e-biking. Many people don’t realize that e-bikes offer a great cardio workout. The assistance is there if needed but that doesn’t mean that you can’t pedal if you’re looking for exercise.
The Rent My E-Bike store location operates out of the same building as American Chimney in Southampton. They are a premium e-bike dealer and offer concierge delivery services.
Recently, Matt worked with the State of Pennsylvania to bring cardio e-bike riding classes, rentals and demonstrations to Tyler State Park. They partnered together to utilize the park during the time when it is least occupied.
On Fridays and Saturdays until noon, Rent My E-Bike will be stationed near the boathouse so people can view the bikes and hear about their features.
Individuals can rent bikes to try them out and explore the park. Any costs associated with rentals will also go toward the purchase of a bike.
