Between busy schedules, nonstop notifications, and our always-on world, it’s easy to forget what deep stillness and true relaxation feel like. If you’re like most people, you may not recall the last time you allowed yourself to pause and completely unplug.
Float Therapy offers a digital detox from our constantly connected culture, creating a rare space where you can quiet your mind, your body can let go, and your nervous system can reset into a restorative state.
You float effortlessly in 1,400 pounds of Epsom salt, creating a weightless environment like the Dead Sea. The private Float Rooms are fully open with no lid or enclosure, ideal for peace without worrying about confinement.
Part of the magic is the sensory-controlled environment. You choose soft lighting, gentle music, or complete silence and darkness. The lights dim, the outside world fades, and your system shifts into deep relaxation. Without sensory overload, the parasympathetic nervous system activates its restoration response, opposite of fight or flight.
Your body unwinds, muscles relax, stress hormones decrease, and the nervous system resets. Many describe their first Float as if pushing a “reset button” and the deepest relaxation imaginable.
